Return & Refunds Policy

Our Promise

If something arrives damaged, defective, or just not what we described, we'll fix it — full stop. Email us a photo at grandmasgardenshop@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. No need to box anything up or stand in line at the post office.

Changed Your Mind?

We understand — it happens. Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. To start a return, email grandmasgardenshop@gmail.com and we'll send you the return address and instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we recommend a tracked service. Once we receive the item, your refund goes back to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.

What Can't Be Returned

  • Personalized or custom-made items (like custom garden signs), unless they arrive damaged or misprinted — those we'll always make right.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Items damaged through use or weather exposure.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days of approval. If it hasn't appeared after that, check with your bank or card company — they sometimes take a few extra days — and then email us and we'll chase it down.
