Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. (Sorry, no PO boxes / APO-FPO)

How Long It Takes

We believe in being straight with you, the way Grandma was:

• Order processing: 1–3 business days. This is when we confirm your order and get it moving.
• Delivery: Most orders arrive within 10–20 business days (about 2–4 weeks) of shipping.

Why the wait? Our pieces come from specialty workshops rather than a big-box warehouse, and we'd rather ship you something charming and well-made than something fast and forgettable. We promise it's worth a little patience.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way to your garden gate.

Shipping Cost

• Shipping is free on every order — it's built into our prices, no surprises at checkout.
  

If Your Order Is Late

If your tracking hasn't moved in 10 days, or 30 days have passed without delivery, email us at grandmasgardenshop@gmail.com and we'll make it right — a replacement or a full refund, your choice. You will never be left chasing a missing package alone.

A Note on Multiple Items

Items sometimes ship from different workshops, so pieces from one order may arrive in separate packages on different days. Your tracking email(s) will show what's where.
